Steven L. Goldberg, CPA steveng@sgcaccounting.com
Steven Goldberg has over 20 years of experience in public accounting and has been with the firm since January of 1997. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors degree in accounting, and passed his CPA exam in his first sitting. He is leading the firm's tax department. He is also a member of the AICPA and TSCPA
Jason Y. Cheung, CPA jasonc@sgcaccounting.com
Jason Cheung has over 20 years of experience in public accounting and has been with the firm since February of 1998. He graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors degree in accounting, and passed the CPA exam in his first sitting. He also obtained his MBA from the University of Houston. He is leading the firm's audit and accounting practices, and he is also in charge of the firm's recruitment and personnel development. He is also a member of the AICPA and TSCPA
Steven A. Carstens, CPA stevenc@sgcaccounting.com
Having been born and raised overseas, Steven moved to Houston after completing his Cambridge University A-Levels. Steven joined the firm in 2002 while he worked on his Bachelors and Masters degrees at the University of Houston. In 2002, Steven passed his CPA exam in his first sitting and became a full time member of the audit team. Steven has focused his efforts on developing the technology, due diligence and audit services offered by the firm, and in 2007 became the Accounting and Technology Partner. He is also a member of the AICPA and TSCPA.
Vivian M. Kha, CPA vivian@sgcaccounting.com
Vivian
Kha joined SGC in 2004. She graduated from the University of
Houston-Clear Lake with a Bachelor's of Science degree in accounting.
While building her career at SGC, Vivian earned her Master's of Science
degree in accounting at the Univerity of Houston and passed the CPA exam
in her first sitting. Vivian's primary focus is providing clients with
tax compliance and advisory services.
She is also a member of the AICPA.

Kenneth B. Shilson, CPA
Kenneth Shilson originally founded Shilson, Goldberg, Cheung and Associates in 1985 and managed the firm until his retirement from public accounting in 2006.
